Hi all

Please share your experience about this coral. Eg, placement, type of leather, survival rate, flow rate, tempt....... etc...

Personally, only finger leather survive for me.... i place it high up with good flow.

they are basically poisonous for ur information. will release poison if disturb...

i personally dun keep leathers becos of that...

other than that, they are hardy corals as compare to others.

yes, I agreed, especially when temp above 29 dregree it will start release poison .

Yup, agree too. How about elephant ear? Are they poisonous as well?

I'm going more to softies. I've always loved leathers, esp the non-brown types. The sway they do in water is very nice to look at.

Most of them are photosynthetic and don't require manual feeding. Aside from the norm water changes, good flow and lighting, they are quite easy to care for.

elephant ear is toxic too...there are reported deaths of ingestion...

u can still keep leather la...just be careful with it.. not that scary as mention...

there are purple and red leathers around for ur info... nice...
