Hi pple.

Any one would like to share their experiences on Hydor Koralia wave maker?

Is it comparable to tunze? In terms of performance?

More keen on Hydor Koralia K4 though.

Was interested due to its size....

just bot from aqua marin a k4 yest so far so good. but the magnet not so strong leh. take away the outside magnet sure drop :nc:

How is it as compared to a tunze?

The flow is streamline or broad?

it splits into 4 streams k4 is rather strong already.tunze would be must better of course.i am using both.so you want cheap is the k4 is not budget get a tunze:)AM has both go there and compare prices and LPH

Nice.

I find the K4 to be smaller then size then the tunze.

I guess tunze is more popular as it can be control by a controller.

Any heat issue?

Therefore, seeking additional comments for its usage.

Anyway, thanks guys for the feedback.

I remember a while back, there is a global recall for the K2 and K3.

Probably, getting a K4 for my 3ft though. wonder if its too strong, hahaha.

for lps tank, k4 may be too strong for ur 3ft. i changed mine from k4 to k3. tank size is 3*2*2.5

anyway the newer batch of k3 dun seem to have any prob. using for 2mths+, working fine.

i find tat for Koralia, the flow is very wide compared to tunze.
