Can the Hydor Moonlight (blue) be used to simulate dawn & dusk???

My fishes are light shocked LOL :shock: And also for personal viewing luv it when my coral glow...

Btw my tank is a Nano 24Gallon Cos the moonlight spoilt liao... Must buy attachments like the hydor moon light i mentioned
