First Time with Chiller. Need Help.

Hi guys, I've set up a NC24 a month ago and had recently acquired a JBJ Artica 1/15 chiller with an Eheim 1000 pump to run it (running at max flowrate). Frankly, my LS love the cooler environment and are benefiting from it. However, after reaching the desire 26.5C, I notice the chiller kicking in and out pretty often (kick-in almost once every 5 mins and out after about 30sec to 1 min). Is this normal. I'm a little concerned about the electrical bill next month. This is the first time I'm using a chiller in my setup and I know nuts about its operation. Any comment and reccommendation from you folks will be deeply appreciated. Thanks.
