Need advice on oysters

you need very cold water. I hope its a long term intention for a restaurant and not a domestic setup to entertain for one dinner tho.

pacific oysters you say. Judging from how other restaurants do it, if you touch their tanks, its cold to touch.

i don't really know exactly but from simple googling, it seems that they need 25deg to live and when you raise temperature they start to spawn but when you raise the temperature, they become susceptible to disease also.
