Hi is the light set suitable for my 1.5ft tank? and can the light bulb be changed to a blue one?

well it can change to pl blue light.. but it canot sit on the 1.5ft.. unless u diy and attached a string on top of it.. a fren of mine did it and his using tt way for his refugium..
