Hi,

Thanks for your concern.

However I know what I am bargaining for.

Please quote me a price to send it by booking it in air to Kolkata.

I want to buy it.

Seriously interested.

Hi,

I am sure that you will sell me the chiller.

However I am making certain assumptions, please correct me if I am wrong somewhere :

1) The chiller is in the best of conditions

2) The prices that you are quoting are in Singapore Dollars

3) The chiller TW6(RA680) is capable of handling a water volume of 800 litres to bring down the temparature by 8 degree C.

4) Please also spell out the terms and conditions of the payment to be made.

I await your reply.

I am also sending you a picture of my tank which I maintain and want to keep cool during Indian summers.

Thanks

Binayak

Why would you want to purchase a 2nd hand equipment overseas and incur the high cost of shipping such a heavy item? I think it would be much cheaper to buy it straight from the dealer, or even through ebay, am I wrong? This is at least S$580 with shipping for a 2nd hand chiller

And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

Hi,

Not a problem. I will continue to search for the TW6(RA680).

We do not get Teco Chillers in India. That is the problem.

Thanks a lot for talking to me.

i doubt tw6/ra680 will handle 8 degrees drop for a 800 liter tank....

more over the temperature in india is insane....

(assuming 26-27degrees is optimum for a reef tank and your intension of lowering 8 degrees will put u currently at a whooping :ooh: 34-35degrees )

insanely high and heavy load for a 1/2 hp chiller on a 800liter tank dude.....

u will be better off looking for a at least (minimum) 1hp unit to handle your tank capcity at 34-35 degrees..

if i were u, i'll use a air-con system 2 unit with 1-1.25hp compressor and build an exchanger unit (titanium coil) for the job....

someting like this....

links are here...

forget about those drop in sump type coils, waste of time and $$$....
