pet mart at serangoon. They have 2 types:

1) black live sand. Supposedly beneficial, but more costly. Anyway i think most live sand in our tanks will become dead sand if we just keep lesser than 5 inches of it.

2) black crystal sand (this one is only $10/kg). Not live, but i think ok if can seed with old water from reefer's tanks. This one is a bit shiny and imho better looking
