WTS-1 month old Arctica 1/5 HP chiller

Hi Guys,

Due to upgrade, am selling the less than 1 month old Artica 1/5 HP DB150 chiller @ $1100 cash & carry (bought on 11 May 2010 @1269.20 with 2 years warranty from distributor plus 2 times on-site chemical wash, only start using 2 week later) with receipt and warranty card (second part already mail back to distributor). Can only release the chiller to you 2 weeks later. Can arrange for viewing after 7.30PM Mon-Fri @ Jurong West or any time after 2PM on Sat/Sun.

Term and condition

For reservation: 30% ($330) deposit

Cancellation: If buyer will to cancel, 10% ($110) from deposit not refunable. If seller decided not to sell, will offer 10% $110 (from deposit) back to buyer.

Collection: 2 weeks from deposit date.

Paiseh, I don't understand. I pay 30% deposit, but if YOU decide not to sell, you offer me back 10%. Then my other 20%?

Sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding, clear statement as follows:

For buyer

1. 30% deposit $330/= for booking

2. Collect 2 weeks from deposit date

3. Cancellation refund back to buyer $220.00 ($110.00 none-refundable) - backup case

For seller

1. Collected 30% $330.00

2. Collect 2 weeks from deposit date

3. Cancellation refund back to buyer $440.00 - backup case.
