For a tank that size, I recommend you go for a Compressor Chiller, the cost is comparable to a 1HP Artica and maybe cheaper...

In fact the size is relatively the same I think, You will still need a ventilation for the artica chiller and the footprint space is just as much as a compressor chiller... And the compressor chiller is a dip in coil, so it cools much faster and without a pump...

Good idea. Compare to a chiller n if it doesn't required a pump u r doing a saving in elecrticity n $ as well.
