Check your water temp. Anemones need 25-26C temp to survive long term.

Water temp I'm aware. My water temp is exactly what u mentioned...

Some1 doesn't 1 2 do anything find an excuse,some1 1 2 do something find a mean!

anemones is same as yumas,always placed them at bottom to avoid shocks frm light when purchased. they excrete some zooxe in their color cells when they are shock,thus explains the bleaching,however color can be recover in matter of time,unless we r talking abt totally bleach white...

All my previous tank inhabitants were wiped out when an anemone got minced by my wavemaker. When I came back from work, it's too late and all fishes perished cos of ammonia toxic poisoning. Sad way to end a day. Whenever I'm overseas, will ask my maid to check the anemone location on a daily basis. They can be pretty unpredictable.

To prevent anemone from getting suck into wavemaker especially when I'm on holidays, I make a shield using the PET bottle and put it around the wavemaker. Some creative cutting will give you a small catch to hook onto the wavermaker's electrical wire so that the shield doesn't get blown away.
