Haha very tempting to transfer all fishes at once!

If you have fish that you think might establish territory quickly then prolly a good idea to add them at the same time. But otherwise if you’re using completely new water with a newly cycled system adding a few at a time might be safer

Always one at a time, even with same parameter it takes time for fish to adjust in new tank even if water is from old tank coz your beneficial bacteria take time to colonize that would keep ur nitrates in balance, sudden load is not good for any tank.
My exp. even with same live rock and 50% same old water with 3 months of hardcore Cycling and same parameters 2 of my 14 chormis died even after acclimation. Could be of any other reason. For rest of my fish I spent more than a month to transfer all survived.

What are the fishes, and are there corals? Think is a good move u use the media from old tank to seed Yr new tank. My experience, setup a 4ft tank, use old media to seed, live rocks and slowly transfer old sea water from existing tank, within 2 weeks, all my big tangs, including AT, pbt, etc all transferred with no death.

Its advisable to do partial WC daily if storing in containers/drums since there isnt proper filtration. Throw in some medias/LRs into the containers for nitrification. I did that during my upgrade, trsf 2 fishes on alternate days. Provided you have enough matured medias in new tank.

I heard, some people use those huge jerry can/water drum to store fish and coral inside for transportation.
