Hi spicyball, what is a nudibranch??? I saw dinosar thread and notice a couple of guys advising the danger of nudibranch and cuke....how do they look like? "L-plate" pai say.....

Pardon my ignorance! How does a nudibranch and cuke looks like? Would any body be kind enough to provide a link or a pic? Thanks....still L plate and will try to avoid....those dead fishes are very expensive Purple Tang alone cost $50 + right!! Anyway, my sincere condole nce...

How did you get to such a prefect water parameter....my 2 footer is been 3 month yet still cannot get it! Now construction a sump tank!!! Must get the parameter right first!! Nice landscape i must say

Help! I wish to seek some advise on the recommended diameter of the outgoing and incoming pipe diameter for a sump tank? I will be using a 300gallon/hr overflow box and am constructing the piping now. My overflowing connection is 33mm! Any advise on the pipe size?

hi terryansimon......wah nice setup you have! hehe I am still L plate for now ....my sump tank is a quite a small one because my main tank is only 2 x 1.5 x 1 feet. Just want to experience different type of filter because I dont think the canister is good enough! Couldnt get the water parameter right even after 3 month + I am going to customise a spare tank for the sump tank. Just got 3 pieces of glass from Kelantan Rd this afternoon and going to glue them this evening. A lot to learn from you guys....

Pardon my ignorance...what is phosguard or rowaphos ?? I thought an overflow and sumo tank would be better... What about filter medium like coral chips as what Ah Siao is asking??
