IMHO, weekly water change will do fine. but u need to pay careful attention to the salinity of ur water change as it could be drastic to a reef system, esp a nano reef.

1. simply juz pin down ur ric on to ur LR by using a stainless steel pin. leave it there for abt 2 wks. it shld attach to ur LR. 2. cut a short length of piping. put ur desired ric and small pc of LR into the pipe. it shld attach itself.
