    den wad u using for filtering? have to allow the main tank water to escape to ur sump as a faster rate.

    actually let ur water leave overnight, say 24hrs in total. with a small powerhead or air pump to create some movements. It shld be sufficient. Oh, dun forget to add in anti-chloramine too.

    it might be the beginning stage of ich where fishes start to rub themselves against LRs to get rid of the ich. Thus, injuring themselves.

    If it's totally new, it will need some days to break-in. If it's second hand, try using a 1500l/hr and above pump to drive it, tune the water level somewhere near to the neck, and not the recommended line. Hope this helps.
