Hi, Siang Yes. I set my temp at 27 deg. And doing weekly 10 -15 % WC. I do think the temp (cos no fan and hit 32 deg) and my recently added areation play a play in their poor condition.

Some picture of the current tank from Left, Right and Front view. (pic 1614 - 1605) Anemone is sill finding its preferred place by moving around the tank. (pic 1633) Look like have to let it settle down fist then i re-scrape to suit its preference. Pic 1631 - 1632, clownfish finally start to host the anemone. Took more than 24 hrs before one brave clown (of cos the largest one ~ female leader) dare to host in it. Shortly after that, the remaining 2 also join in the fun......

11 Apr 10 Finally managed to find T95 which is very near my place. The place is really a paradise for marine reefer. Got lots of clownfishes.....and more. Cant help but bought 3 items to add into the tank. They are the anemone, sea cucumber, yellow feather duster.... (refer to pic) Understand that going to be difficult to maintain. So, i did lot of readings......hope can better understand their care and need. Anyway, i failed once in keeping anemone some 8 years ago, so this is the second try. Also hope that weekly 10 - 20% change will be able to maintain good water condition.

Update : 10 Apr 10 Finally managed to get a 2nd hand chiller from the pasar malam section. A little over size for a 22G tank but that is becos thinking of upgrading in near future. Time to get started to fix the piping. Luckily read up some of the setting up in SRC and got more idea on how to fix the piping. Managed to dig out one old pump (1200ltr/hr) and using it for my chiller. So, i got 2 pump working. One for the return flow to main tank and the other to chiller and back to middle chamber. Anyway, thing isnt always going as expected. unable to fix the outlet to the main tank as the return flow is not fast enough. So, have to fix the return flow into the middle chamber at the back. Refer to attached pic (1599 & 1600) for more details. Also, i listen to advice given by one of the SRC brothers and removed my air stone and air pump. I feel that coral is getting bad after putting aeration to the tank and chamber. Had DIY a feeding guide but failed. In the end decided to buy one instead. A nice blue "fexible shape" feeding guide. (pic 1601)

Sorry. got the name wrong. just visited the place yesterday. Name is "Nanyang Sea View" - Fresh water fish farm. That place also sell chiller and acessories at reasonable price.

Quite a hard time to find alantic blue light T5 1 feet long.... Finally got it in Jalan Kayu fish farm. With one newly installed alantic blue light. Coral look much brighter now.

Hi, u can buy from the fish farm called "red sea" (not very sure of the name.) The first farm on the right at the X junction after turn in from Singa flora jalan kayu. i bought mine there./

got mine at jalan kayu fish farm. think the name is "red sea" , the farm at the right side of the X junction. after singa flora. Picture as attached.

In general, do agree with the rest. 1) put water and fish together on the first day, fish will most likely be dead the next few days. 2) 200 not enought for new tank. like the rest mentioned, pasir ris got lots of fish farm selling reasonable price item. buy from pasar malam section will be better. Can get tips from the seller also. Price is usually very reasonable. 3) read up during tank cycling. there is unlimit things to learn. even with a empty tank with live rock and water. you will still enjoy the process of discovering unqiue creatures - that when u need to do the reading (internet, library, src forum) for more information. 4) plan your livestock too. check which are the peaceful communtiy fish and for nano tank. i learnt from re-born that same fish, different country origine also have different agressiveness. 5) lastly, i also bought thinkg from the yishun shop.....feel that they are not sure of their selling price also (for livestock).

i do agree that hermit withour shell is very likely to be dinner for fish. just bought a electric blue hermit to add into my tank with an exsisting red scalet hermit. too bad the exsisting red scalet fight with my new one for its shell. and the new electric blue hermit disappear by the first night. i had put in empty shell, but i think hermit are smart creatures that chose the nicer and more suitable shell to live in. since than, dont dare to add in new ones to avoid death..... haha

Is it? I did not know about this. Always thought that it is good to have some sir circulation in the tank. Then maybe i only focus the air pump in the reflow section. Thanks for the advice.

yes....using air pump for the tank and also the reflow section. saw from forum that it can reduce temp
