  1. Currently I'm cycling my tank. Just curious what food does hard n soft coral eat? As for the height hw far away should we place the coral to the lighting? Pls advise thk

  9. Sorry one more dump question from me.... for a JBJ 24G nano tank, would u advise me to get a chiller or those mini fan to be mount on the top of the tank. Which one consume more electrical? Which one is more noisy??? Which one is more costly?

Mostly i would get the JBJ 24G nano tankset from bro qiang.... other than those accessories that what he provide me, i still need to purchase tunze protein skimmer, bacteria starter, hydro flo deflector and fan..... Can any bros please advise me where to buy those accessories at a good price. Im staying in jurong area.. best is near my area. mind advise me for those accessories it is meant for what purposes. thanks...

  17. I'm thinking of getting the size of a nano tank whereby the height and length is 1.5ft (18"). I would like to keep some fish and simple corals or perhaps live rocks. Budget wise... ard 200+
  18. thanks for all the bros here who had provide me their advice.... next thing i would like to check with bros here on the following. To setup a 1.5ft tank, what accessories we required? For i see from the forum that some mentioned that no need hang on filter if u using skimmer, pump, and etc. Really confusing. for i would like to finalise on what items to buy. As for chiller is it a must? For i would like to have all those accessories within the tank itself. If not my wife would nag and nag saying it is messy and etc..... Please advise. Thanks.
  19. Just curious i managed to see from a website by the name of Jirehmarine, does anyone of this LFS before, they have a "quick start system" whereby it help beginner to faster setup the tank easily. HAd anyone tried that before? Please advise. Thanks.
  20. Could anyone please advise whether is there any LFS able to provide service to setup a 1.5ft tank including the accessories? For i went to a LFS in yishun, they told me the budget is less than $200 and they would be providing the seawater to me whereby i just put everything in the tank including the fish would be ok... is it true??? Please advise? For a 1.5ft tank, how many fish can we put?
