when first start to use chiller will bother how often it kicks in, for how long and rest for how long now I more concern did the electrical bill go up alot .. otherwise just let it kicks in as often as it like as long as the tank water is cool

main tank portion is slightly bigger than 1ft cube, total volume around 50+ litre including sump area. currently using a hydro centrifugal pump 1000L/h to pump sump water thru chiller then back to main tank. Thought of changing to a slightly more powerful pump. Any good budget, low wattage pump to recommend?
