  1. Hey Vic, The high fin is rather delicate fish eh? It is so shy, will hide and refuse to come out! Had it once... didn't last too long. But your hector is a BEAUTY!
  2. Wah, your octo nice ah? Person who chose it have good taste!
  3. hmmm... lets see... pen...? does that part need to be in sand? can it be in some hole in the rock? Am just thinking you've got lots of hole in your rock structure... can't you just... errm... insert?
  4. I think if got 2 males, one will turn into female.
  5. Anyone have a Pale Gudgeon a.k.a Spot-tail Dart Goby (Ptereleotris eteropterus)? Mine's really shy... have kept him since 31 Dec 2003 and still its hiding behind the rocks all the time... eating whatever food that drops infront of him! I can see it from time to time... but its such a beautiful fish, I wish it would come out and play! RUMOUR: Yeah! I identified that fish I told you about the last time... with the help of Henry's Fish Atlas This pic was taken when I fish put him into the tank, before it found its way under the rocks.
  6. I agree fully man... been driving for over 5 years now and still, not a week goes by when I do not encounter a tailgater! I must say I'm always tempted to give it a go... afterall, the guy who hits from behind is wrong and we'd be able to claim from their insurance. However, Spidey, it's simply not worth losing your mum's trust, or the inconvenience caused by the loss of use of the car for a few days, potential injuries on yourself or loved ones in the passenger seats, the money you forked out and all the other insurance shit. Cabbies... they are not worth it. And you said it well when you said they own the traffic police. THEY DO! Believe you me, I've only had one traffic problem ever in my life and it happened when I was still a P-plater in 98. I was turning right on a green arrow and a CityCab which was speeding, beat the lights coming from the other direction and hit me so hard, I spun 360 degree around! When I went over to check on him and his passenger, he abused me verbally in Hokkien! Whats worse, he actually told the police that it was green for him and that I had not looked before I turned. When I was interviewed by the police about a week later, the officer had tried to persuade me and my witness to admit that the accident was a result of my carelessness because the old cabbie, who had a family to feed cannot afford to pay higher premiums the following year? I was utterly disgusted at the lack of professionalism. They even offered to not charge me for reckless driving if I admitted to my 'mistake'.
  7. Ok... once again, sorry to those who PMed/SMSed. First SMS was from Tidur. Lights taken.
  8. Hi all, sorry, but I cleared my PMs and list of people who contacted me already. T5s are back on sale cos the previous buyer just realised that the chassis he has for it is TOO SHORT. So yes, bugger... PM or SMS me. First to PM or SMS will get the deal. As usual, strictly no haggling, please.
  9. and here are the babies, taken recently. they are still in the refugium. They take forever to get big. Sigh... so no hope of big $ anytime soon.

  11. Haha... thanks for all the kind comments. Why I don't have a chiller? Yes, my lighting schedule is wierd cos I thought it'd be better to complement my at home/awake hours. It also means that I'll be in my room with aircon on. Chiller saved for now, till I get my own place and a BiGgEr Tank As for the swordfighting... well, its what I've been seeing at LFS showtanks. I've been told that similar types of corals are quite ok. So far so good. They still look happy.
