  1. Lemon, do male fairy holds it's color even in the presence of females of other fairy species..?
  2. a question to Digi... if this fish lives at 200+ft,isn't your lighting too bright for it..?...or was it just for photoshoot purpose...?
  3. going by nupital display my fav five are lunatus, lanceolatus, sanguineus, blatteus and tono's...in no particular order..and going by available photos in net....
  4. in superficial level perhaps...but no Roseafascia can hold candle to nupital display of male Lanceolatus..that insane green..
  5. females are coming up these days..you can try to get 2 females from Koji... P.S:oops..you wants the variant...
  6. though among those with lance style tail, C. sanguineus looks best..too bad it doesn't come to hobby...
  7. despite having more color pattern,i somehow find them less stunning(awesome in normal standard though) than the original lance..
  8. another of those 'crazy' tank...very rare clarionXpasser..
  9. by the way, fish enthusiastic should follow this blog,if not doing already...by Karen Brittain.. http://fromfisheggstofry.blogspot.in/
  10. my guess is last journey(Hawaii to USA mainland) wore them out.... these fishes went through system changes quickly...boat journey from collection point(5-10 days),then on collector's hold-up facility(15-30 days),then some 12 hours journey to another system... most common fishes go through local collection, then wholesellers and then lfs...similar changes..but these fishes seem to be more sensitive.. even the smallest specimen of this expedition died in US shore in few days...seems like smaller the better is not applicable for it..being small actually acted as a disadvantage...without eating died quickly...
  11. peppermints are dying....2,perhaps 3 are already dead out of the 4 that went to USA...
  12. only one Personatus this year...only picture from RT...my fav fish..
