1. seems like a lubbock's fairy wrasse
2. Think it is due to the sensitivity of the sensor. Had the same prob before, but now I place the controller nearer to windows so that sensor is facing out and it works even in total darkness.
Think it got to do with difference between ambience lights vs the lights going to the sensor.

Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk 2

3. Have a pail full of dried dead rocks to give away. Collection in the west, pm if interested.
4. As above. Please pm me if u have them for sale.
5. Thks. Guess I gotta look at other wavemaker options.
6. guess using mp40 is really overkill for my tank so anyone using MP10 on 12mm glass?
7. Hi, I having a 2.5FT cube tank 12mm glass, would MP10 be enough? Heard MP10 cannot be used on 12mm glass thickness? Any bros using it on 12mm glass? Or will an MP40 be overkill for my tank?
8. Its 2.5ft cube so height is 2.5ft/ 30 inches. Mainly keeping LPS, zoos. mushroom etc etc.
9. just wondering how many LEDs are required for a 2.5ft cube tank?
10. Was the chiller pump the right flow rated for the chiller? Had a similar chiller CL650, the temperature reading was erratic and keep jumping between 26-28 degrees. After switching to an external temperature controller, the problem was resolved. So you might want to switch over to an external temperature controller if the problem is not with the chiller pump.
11. Think my CL650 cutting in too many times and the temperature shows seems unstable at times fluctuating between 26 - 28 in matters of 1 min. Wanna change the thermostat to an external one, any bros here can teach me how to override the inbuilt thermostat to an external one? Thks
12. It looked like Cirrhilabrus adornatus /Debilius' fairy wrasse
13. urgent need for macro needlewheel pump... any bros know where I can buy or got spare?
14. I keep 1 pair of blue striped and 2 janns pipes together with wrasses, tangs and angels. they are doing fine and does eat together with the other fishes. but it is best you ensure they are feeding on frozen before releasing into the main tank. and also provide caves for them to sleep at the underside of the caves. try to get the rather hardy type of pipe fishes like blue striped and janns... for the rest of the variants I would suggest keeping in a species-specific tank instead.
15. attached is a picture of my DIY overflow pipe. The dimensions is basically 1ft / 1.5ft (cannot remember which) , largely depending on the depth of your tank. 25mm pipe size is good as I feel smaller pipe size, the flow is too slow.
16. your T-joint portion is too high, thus causing a insufficient downward siphon suction. Try to move your T-joint close to the bottom U section.
17. may i know the dimension for : Fish tank (very small) with PL lighting (11W) - $20 thks
