  1. bro, Your new rockscape is indeed better than your previous one! Good job. Is your rocks touching on both side of your tank? Your clam seems to be lying on one side also? So what fish you are going to get?
  2. Goudian is a good guy. He freely shared his knowledge with me and taught me much. Gave me free fish food and pump too! Oh oh, Goudian, you are going to have more PMs soon!
  3. bro, where is the collection place?
  4. Hi bros & siss, Even as I read about some of the bros' bad experience when they trade in with other bros, I will like to share my nice experience with sis Jeffcher and her BF. There are good people around! I had actually comfirmed with sis Jeffcher to buy her skimmer and she was very nice to deliver it to my place even. However, when she and her BF saw that the skimmer is not suitable for my tank; as they think that it will not be sufficient for my tank, they kindly advised me against the purchase and cancelled the sale. They came all the way from town to my home in Punggol, got lost in this remote kampong for sometime before finally reaching my place but had to leave wihout completing the sale! I am very much impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Thanks sis jeffcher and Jeffrey! You guys are great! I respect you both! So, bros and sis, there are good people around too! Be blessed!
  5. ambystorma82, If you are asking how the alveopora looks like, it should be something like mine below.
  6. There are so many of such pics on the internet nowadays. Dun which is true or false.....................
  7. Do you have a pic of how it looks now?
  8. IMO, the only thing special is the inbuilt sump behing the tank. However, this is not new too, I think. Not at all true that no need to change water, really depends on whta you keep I think. Yah, cabinet very nice.
  9. Wil, LOng time never hear from you. How's your fight against cyno now? So long no pics update leh!
  10. I think so lah but my people here in the forum still have bad experience with them. 1) toppling corals 2) bitting off legs of starfish 3) killing some fish etc etc.............
  11. The total width is 1.5 ft. The sump is behind which is about 5 inches wide. Yes that is why the width of the tank is limited and so you cannot have too much free play in arranging your LRs and corals. As for water change, I had since changed water only once about 10% since Nov last year. Water parameters still good. Nitrate less than 5ppm. However, I had modified the in built sump a bit to add in a refugium thouh
  12. Great tactic you had done to distract your wife. Typically the size is narrower on the breadth and lower in height. You have to note the glass thickness also. I later realised that it is only 6mm. Maybe with just 1.5 ft height this thickness is ok. Actually IMO since you already have a 2 ft, you can go for a 4 ft tank like most bros here have. The CR ones are limited in height and breadth. Very soon you may find yourselves with limited options for LS and corals. Just my experience. Good thing abut it is that even without SEIO pumps, the flow is actually quite good. Maybe I am using PL lights, I do not have diatoms problems that much.
  13. It is one of my first corals and doing pretty well. Easier than gonio IMO. Agree with prec, maybe you can list down your water parameters.
  14. The craw does not look like from molting. Err, will the craw grow back?
  15. Where is the collection location?
  16. How to make the bubbles big and full?
  17. Happened to me when my maroon clown decided to host onto my jewel too. I had since moved the jewel to another location and Thanks God the maroon clown decided to go back to its bubble and prata partners!
