bro the best is to put your pump for the beckett together with the return pump. cos if as your design. your pump will have problem very fast. as there will be alot of bubbles from your over flow & skimmer. N the beckett need to be above the water level of your sump for it to work. thats what i can think of now. call me when you got your skimmer than will help you to set up it ok
