  1. Bro peacemaker, that pics looks familar, like seen it some where before I had that zoas too, but dunno whatwvwer rock it's on, is damn hard to break/frag. Definitely not normal lr. Canot even break it with hammer Think that zoas needs strong lights. Cos quite long ago, I shifted it to a lower light area and it reduce slowly. Now left with only about 3 to 5 polyps Now I have add 2 more tubes of T5, they seems good and hopefully back to it pass glory
  2. Nice Wat! Where got messy? Is that a big colony of blue zoas at the top left of the tank? And I can bet my life on it that you wounldn't stop buying
  3. Agree with you bro ambystom82. Imo, there's no real right or wrong in a hobby. Is really up to individual. Some prefer to go more details and learn more on the specific coral species but not all do. And yes of cos that all corals need to be feed. Juz imo, when in nature, almost all corals gets it's food and nutrients through the flow of the current in the ocean. I dun think there would be a fish meat or prawn dropping on it mouth regularly. And I dun think I say that dun need to feed the corals lah. What I mean is that just leave the coral alone for awhile and not to stress it further. As it should be able to get it's nutrients from the water itself. But again like what I've say there is no right or wrong. So if one feels that whatever way works for you, of cos go ahead and continue with what you are doing as long as all your fishes and corals are happy. Pardon me if I have mislead you.
  4. Bro yongshun, yes is an open brain. Seem like a Symphyllia Look closely and you can see they have a mouth on each head. Imo, can be fed. But their mouth not as big as Trachyphyllia so might stress it if overfed And move it further from the hammer, they also prefer low current quite similar to prata. Actually juz for your info, in the past I feed my corals alot and also make it a point to target feed some of my corals. Ending up stressing some of them. Might be due to overfeeding. Some spiting our the balance food. Now I only flood the tank with little amount of mixed food and my corals seem more happy. The same amount of food that I feed the coral in the past for 1 time, now I use the same amount feeding the corals 3X more I'm just sharing.... But frankly speaking, that brain looks abit stress, so imo put it at a very low or even no flow area and try not to move it again or feed it for awhile.
