Am thinking of adding a pair to my mixed reef. How often do u feed them with starfishes. I understand that starfishes have the ability to regenerate their lost legs. Is it possible to let the shrimp feast on one of its leg, take the starfish out, and let it regenerate?

I had that problem once before, I used a toothbrush and gently scrub off the algae. Followed by increasing the water flow around the colony, be sure to do this gently. STN stopped and it recovered, until tank crashed

I guess prices are comparable. If you are on budget, resun will be a good chiller to start with till you have a deeper pocket. But the noise would be a deterent factor. Cheers.

There's somemore sailfin algae blenny at ML if I'm not wrong. Just got mine there last week.
