i also got a 2ft ati t5 retrofit as good as brand new ,used only 2wks selling super cheap for $150

if ambient temp is 30deg i guess at most you will only able to bring it down to 27 +deg no matter how many fan you use . anything lower than that you will need a chiller.

HI KILLFIRE , is it possible for you to provide some drawings of the aerodynamics wing , sound quite unbelievable to bring down 5deg with only one fan , i am using 3 ac fan and only managed to bring down avg from 31deg to 28deg , if your practical design is working i will surely like to try it. thanks

am running a 150w MH without chiller for my 15g tank but inorder to keep temp below 29c i run 3pc ac fan directed at my tank , need to topup daily 1gal water. it is not impossible but walking on thin line.

my t5 retrofit comes with 2 tubes , as for period used , can verify with edmund our sponsor , i switch to MH SHORTLY I GOT MY t5 RETROFIT.

actual ht of water minus dsb is only 11in , not minusing vol taken up by lr.

iwasaki 20000k 150w 8in above water , running 3 ac fan , daily water top up using drip is 6 lits , no chiller , highest recorded temp is 28.9 , ave temp 28 .
