Would agree with bro tunicate, the Turbos are quite sensitive to water condition and inactivity for too long means something amiss

form what i read turbos need good calcium supplement too

The only thing i am upset with Turbos is that they cant flip back when they fall off, in my tank once they do that and i dont notice it, they get whacked by my blue hermit crab

From my past experience, snails stay put before they die off. It's not a good sign. Check your nitrate level. That's what killed my snails in my previous nano.

did not check nitrate.

but one purple boxer in tank is doing fine. Thought shrimp are more susceptible to nitrate level?

one thing i noticed about turbo snails being stucked in one place is they could be constantly being harass by other tankmates such as hermit crabs.

It finally moves to another location after being motionless for a few days.

now it is again motionless at the new location, this time on the acrylic wall. doesn't seem to be feeding, can't see its mouth.

i think not harassment by tankmates
