New tank - live rock or dry rock
If you want 100% pest-free rock then go for dry. Live rock benefits include faster cycling and better quality of life in bacterial colonisation and water clarity. Many LFS sell live rock, some sell manufactured dry rock. Recommendation on lighting for a 3 feet tank
