It looks like alveopora or goniopora. How does it look like when its fully open? Does it fully stretch out like a flower pot? Bleaching could be due to many reasons, too much NO3, PO4, lights, flow or too little lights and flow etc

Maybe you could try testing your water parameters first?

High lighting is needed for this coral, with medium flow IMO.

Water temperature is a crucial factor also.

thanks.. will monitor on the temp of the tank. it keeps hiding..

i also have this weird looking algae on the live rocks. is it harmful? wat is it? should i just keep it or remove?

Cyno algae siphon it out .. Guess your tank just set up...

Check Your PO4 .Siphon the cyno out and if it happen again try to change your water

E first pic is red gonio. Red gonio is not easy bro. U can try pm bro HW33... He is e expert in gonio. Try feeding oyster feast. Heard it does help... Cheers...
