The water is up to the top.. the wave is at the bottom, no wave on the top. the water is up to top for visual effect, can always bring the water height down from the overflow... This filefish had too proven effective to remove all my aiptasias (~10) in 2 days... my only concern is whether it will pick on my other corals once it has nothing to eat.....
