Help with Berlin skimmer

I have this Berlin Venturi XL, recently I washed it and a piece of square things drop out from the skimmer. Now the skimmer don't seem to function anymore.

Can anyone who know how can I fix it please give me some advise. Or know anyone who know how to fix it.
