That means the chiller no need connect to power source?

Need, one of the neutral wire is connected to the chiller from power source. The controller sits in between the live wire from power source to chiller.

Do note you need to provide power to the controller, which means you need to have a live and neutral to the controller's power input as well.

The controller just acts as a switch on the line where you placed your chiller and power source.

I mod and tested mine, works brilliantly. Will post pictures real soon, maybe tomorrow.Mine is controlling both chiller and a fan, which acts as exhaust fan for chiller.

Let me know your brand and model of controller, I will post you a step by step.

Yea... Agreed... But if I were to calculate based on my 1hp compressor, I would probably need a 5A rating relay??

Haha... I saw your other post... Looks the same as mine.. =)

Use a contactor, like mine. Designed for industrial 3 phase motor. Handles up to 450v.

No worries, i am noob too. 3 red notes, that's considered expensive as I bought during weekend with my controller. Ask for contactor for motors, mine is for 3 phase motor. There's contactors for 1 phase motor too.

I actually wanted to use the third port for earth, but decided to have the earth from chiller to be always connected to ground instead of only when contactor is active. Extra safety feature, haha.If you want, I can give you the brand and model number of mine.
