Adapter for Type E euro plug

Anyhow has any idea when I can buy this? I not looking at the normal travel adapter where u can find at the electrical shop. Neither am I changing it to a 3 pin plug.

Go to sim lim tower 3rd or 4th floor ( cant remember but it is at the highest floor) there is a shop that sell all sort of electrical parts and bulb .. if not walk around at basement one shop at the corner next to the enterance near the canal might have .
