New to Marine fish/tank please help to id

Hi just started marine fish keeping. As above can help to id is these marine pest? How to i get rid of them? Thanks.

Pic 1 - Stomatella snail. Beneficial herbivore.

Pic 2 - Aptasia. Pest Anemone. Use Joe's Juice. Do not pluck.

Pic 3 - Serpent Starfish. Reef compatible starfish

Being new to marine aquarium, I'm excited that coraline algae starts to grow on my LR. However, today i noticed some soft thing grow on the LR as the pic below shows. Should I remove it or leave it there. How do i remove them? Thanks.

That beige coloured thing is a sponge. It's harmless.

That's a Randall's pistol shrimp. Alpheus Randalli. Reef safe. Can co-exist with skunk cleaner.

It's a beautiful pistol shrimp. Get a compatible goby to pair up with it.

I saw this thingy moving around from my mushrooms to now zoas, from the closeup it looks like an anemone to me

they just appeared from nowhere, now have abt 4-6 of then in the tank. Most of them stick to my bubble coral roots. Are they Aptasia a pest? Thanks.

Yes I think that is it, look like an pineapple. Tried googling but never mentioned it a pest. So, should i leave them alone or get rid of them? Thanks.

it is filter feeder, shld be fine..
