Reef foundation covers the basics of Ca, Mg & Kh. Its great but you want to to do better, consider the reef coloration program that adds the trade elements.

I'm not too familiar with ABC+ but this is what i read :

The ABC+ is a blend of both foundation & coloration A&B. Does not include coloration C & D which may not be critical.

That is, an all-in-one option that is probably suitable for most systems.
