advise on making plenum

as above.. i going to get sand a LR tml, and intended to use plenum ,but still not sure how it should be done

pls give advise, urgent

bty can i use old under gravel to make one?

Better not use Plenum... The hole thing will fail if not done properly... Or become useless... Go for DSB or at least a sand bed... Any dun think you can get all the things in time to make the Plenum...

My method is unheard of...undergravel plate with a thin covering of sand above.

any other advise? btw is 4" of sand consider DSB?
