Elegance Not opening, pls help

Hi Gurus,

I bought this pink tip for a week now. And it doesnt seem to be opening. Please advice

Ps, water parameters r within range.

Currently on sandbed with mid flow and par 250.

Not an expert, but my elegance is placed in very low flow (tentacles sway very slightly only) and it opened up fully within 3 days. Even got hosted by my clown and still opened. Maybe can try that out?
