Letting go some equipments as well as clearing some stuff meant for reefing keeping.
 
1) ATI 6x39W Sunpower 
- Purchased on March 2016
- 9/10 condition, lights were hanged since day 1 and acrylic cover is on since day 1 so reflector is in very good condition.
- FOC ~8 months old 2x ATI C+, 2x ATI B+ and 1x ATI PP+, i accidentally broke one B+ tube's pin but you can have it to. also will throw in the hanging kit as well as the metal bracket that is drilled to the wall (These stainless steel bracket cost about $20+). 
The only thing u need to do is to get another tube and clean the fan and you're good to go.
 
Letting go at $280. 
 
2) 4 Stage DI Filter 
- About 1 year old 
- 1 Stage 5 Micron sediment filter (will throw in a brand new one FOC)
- 1 stage Carbon filter (with removable cartridge) 
- 1 Stage DI resin filter (with removable cartridge)
- 1 stage DI mixed resin filter (removable and refillable too)
 
Last i used it can still produce 0 TDS on slow flow BUT i cant remember how much "lifespan" the resin has, So just take it as its exhausted. 
 
Normal rust on the screws, other than that, condition is great.

3) 5L DI resin from Madpetz
- Bought couple months ago from Madpetz, product is from Korea according to label.
- about 80% left so roughly 4L.
- Bought at $58

4) Madpetz's calcium flakes, Mg flakes and Kh powder.
- Calcium flakes 5L tub about 80% full
- Magnesium flakes 5L tub about 60% full
- kH powder 5L tub about 10% full.

5) ANS cooling fan. 
- Brand new!!! only open to test. decided not to use fan on my tank.
- Strong and powerful built with good quality materials.
- Bought at $22.

6) AF Phosphate Minus 5L tub
- about 30% left so roughly 1.5L

7) Fauna Marin Aquascape Fix pellet glue 
- 60% left, bought at $25.
- Basically u heats it up and its soft and gluey and once its cooled it will harden.

8) ChemiClean 
- VERY effective against Dinos and cyano
- 95% full as i only did 1 dose and thats all it takes to remove my dinos and cyano.
- Bought at $32

9) TLF Revive
- My trusted coral dips for zoas and SPS.
- 90% full
- Bought it at $18ish

10) AF Component 1, 2, 3 150ML set
- All 3 bottles are roughly 40% left. Good to buy as sample to try out for your tank.

- only did 1 test so its pratically brand new
