SRC Member onghm Posted April 18, 2004 Author SRC Member Share Posted April 18, 2004 thanks, thanks Actually, still not as sharp as i would like to achieve. Look at the eyes, not 100% in foucs. All photos have been sharpened a little, as pics from digicam tends to be a bit "soft". My typical settings on USM is Amount=100%, radius=0.5 to 0.8 pix, thres=0 For this shot, I have also darkened and blurred the background a bit to make the subject "pop" out All fish shots are hand-held as its quite impossible to "chase" them with the camera mounted on tripod or pressed against the glass. Since there is no film cost for digicam, i just happily snap away. I would be smiling if i have 1 good shot in

Probably its obselete now, its taken over by 7hi, then A1 and currently A2. SRC Member onghm Posted April 18, 2004 Author SRC Member Share Posted April 18, 2004 very nice pix... i love the great looking zoos in the background! thanks ivcap. I loved those zoos too. Unfortunately, it came with a tiny bunch of waving-hands hitchhkers and now the tiny bunch has taken over the entire rock. Dunno whether should i do a fresh water dip or keep it in darkness to murder the waving hands and get back my zoos
