are these element is what a reef tank needs?

er...i don't think its very right to say strontium isnt good for a reef tank. A lot of marine organisms utilizes strontium to some extent. But from what i learnt, there isnt a need to dose it unless you have tested your water and there isnt enough of it NSW conditions. Ditto for iodine, iodides,etc...

:D i think what i was trying to put across is...unless u have tested for strontium and found it less than adequate for your tank...then you go ahead and add some supplements...otherwise there isnt a dire need.

let me find where that article i read is and post the link here...
