shrimp and goby pair

hi guys i have a shrimp and goby pair,wonder how to introduce them into the tank.. should i put them together into the tank? or put the shrimp 1st,or the goby 1st?

Add together or add different time also can... They will pair up in the end also...

does the shrimp,i assume its a pistol shrimp,i got from PR makes large clicking sound?

the shrimp is like 3cm long only..

but i hear alot of clicking sound than usual tonight..

i though it was a mantis shrimp in my tank all along,but today i guess it might be another pistol shrimp!

Most likely pistols. When they are newly introduced they will make alot of noises during the night. Once they settle down, you hardly hear them clicking at all.

but before i introduce this pistol shrimp today,

i hear 1-2clicks every night once lights are off..

always 1to 2 clicks never more or less..

i got a strong feeling its a mantis shrimp.. damn..

but tonight the old resident clicks more time..

isit likely to be a pistol shrimp?

you can get any type of pistol shrimp .... u can try E Aquarists' Place ...there is a lot of pistol shrimp available there...i have seen bulleye pistol,red pistol, and a lot more...

actually i doubt your pistol's dead, probably burrowing somewhere. i didn't see mine for about 3-4 months.
