Tunze 6080

Guys,

Do you reckon the tunze 6080 is too strong for a 4ft tank ? Or should i just get 2 powerheards and aim certain angles to simulate wave pattern ?

the 6000l/hr one should be ok..

The Tunze 6080 flow rate is 8500l/hr and the 6100 flow rate is 12000l/hr.

Sorry, interruption here....can Tunze 6060 used for 3x2x2, heard that it's too strong for 3ft, actually i wanted it to prevent algae bloom and have a good flow.

Do not want to have the hazzle of cleaning the tank glass every now and than.

I would say it's too strong but I'm using for my 3ft. U might 1 2 consider to target blowing at your LR or alt use another pump to allow against the Tunze to mininature the turbulance

I know Bro Weileong is using 3xTunze 6100 for his 4ft tank. So the wave can never be too strong. Only how you position it.

I think if you just use one, the wave can be very strong in one direction. So it is best to use them in pair blowing at each other to compensate the single directional wave.
