SRC Member JMW Posted April 1, 2021 SRC Member Share Posted April 1, 2021 Looks like a bristleworm. I have them in my tank where I consider them as beneficial microfauna that deal with detritus

PulposTriste
It's fine, it's most likely a bristleworm (polychaete). Fireworks are much more colourful in my experience. Great scavengers and detritivore, don't go touch with bare hand though, the spines can hurt. I guess they can be bad if you like looking at your reef tank at night and also don't like worms haha, they can get quite big (most of mine hide in rocks/in sump)

SRC Member Alexttk Posted June 26, 2021 Author SRC Member Share Posted June 26, 2021 Hi. The weeping willows has not been opening for almost 2 weeks. Noticed there some back mark on the body. Is that a pest? Should I do coral dip?Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
