Any idea if i need to feed it and if i do, what to feed it? lol thanks im certified newbie here

they are basically photosynthetic...give them ample light and they should live...but no harm feeding them, just try some prawn meat and leave it at the mouth...or u can even use more nutritious stuffs like formula one fish food, cyclo-peeze, dt plankton and all sorts of other stuffs...

Ermm new question, what kind of current it prefers? And does the space it has limits its blooming?

Strong current will result in smaller bubbles. Mine open as big as the first section of your thumb at low current area but does not open when on high current area.

place it at lower current places..will bloom well..feed mine withe chopped market prawn once a week...

Feed it with prawn meat or frozen brine shrimps using a oil dripper to inject into its mouth...........they luv it & will open even larger the next time round.
