need help identifying Disease

hi all, have a clownfish, started developing illness that looked like ich/velvet initially, suspected cause was fighting with other clowns and sustaining injury/stress therefore prone to parasite infection

then progressed into this after a few days.

is it lymphocystis?

pls help give advice if you know what this is and how to cure, if any
