How to treat Bloated stomach and not pooping

HELP!! URGENT!!

Noticed my Blue Tang stomach started to bloat 5 days ago but its still eating well, pooping and acting normal. But 3 days ago, noticed its not eating and not pooping. Now its hiding in the rocks and not eating anymore and still bloated. Its anus also looks bloated and grey color.

Suspect it may have eaten a rock and got stuck ... or is  it sickness?

Anyone knows how to treat this??  So worry for my poor fish
