Those creatures were not found in Phuket, it's a hoax email that's spreading like wild fire. They were actually found by NORFANZ voyage, a joint Australian-New Zealand research expedition conducted in 2003 to explore deep sea habitats in the Tasman Sea.

One of the rare sightings is this threatened species of Angelfish, the Ballina Angelfish (Chaetodontoplus ballinae).

This is Anemone Hermit Crabs ( Sympagurus sp. and coral family Zonathid).
