simplest software:

GO --> start button --> click

GO --> all programs --> hold there --> Accessories

Click 'PAINT'

OPen file --> go image(on toolbar) --> skewd/stretch....

readjust your pics to 30 to 40% (depends on your photo size)

save.

You got a resized pic.
