plankton or liquid food

I feed once every 3-4 days.

depend on your load lah friend..... if got plenty plankton incline stuffs then dose everyday else 3 to 4 days should be good enough.

Liquid food will foul the tank water if you add in too much but plankton will be less damaging. Unless you target feed then you can use liquid food.

Twice a week with filter pump and skimmer off for an hour should be good.

does that mean the corals take in the food veri slowly ?? cos i see pple feed with the pump and skimmer on .. maybe the pple is too lasy to switch off the pump ...

you just gonna waste away the food with the skimmer on. Pump I am referring to canister. Powerhead should be left on to circulate the food around.
