hi guys! Just did some rescaping and lots of new additions to my nano tank. Current inhibitatants includes 2 Cleaner shrimps, 1 purple fire fish, 1 pair of true percula, 1 flame angel and 1 shrimp goby. The flame angel has been with me for 6mths and has been coral friendly so far. Enjoy the pics. :D

will you enjoy staying in a HDB bedroom with 6 other room mates?

and one of them weights 500lbs(imagine Big Show aka flame angel)

if you dun, i dun see why your fishes and invertebrates are.

i bet they are living in agony all the time.

4 US Gallons is only abt 15l. and after LRs and sand....

haizzzz....wat can i say more.

<_<

Well, no more pics to post. Don't think i'll post anymore in the future cause i know some of you guys think that i'm not doing the flameangel justice but cramping it in a small space. I really appreciate all the constructive comments. Thank you for viewing. :(

nice looking tank. kind of like city-in-a-bottle ;)

Dun be discourage or put off by comments as there's bound to be some helpful comments and some that are not. Some guys here have good intentions but they just didnt put it right. It may sound harsh but I'm sure most guys here mean well.

But seriously, a small tank like this, I find keeping nice gobies (like eviota) and little inverts very ideal. Keeping mid size fishes tend to spoil the total look ....can consider that...

Happy reefing...

maroon clowns can grow to 3-4inches in normal home aquariums ...your current bioload is still alright if you are able to export them with a good skimmer and with regular water change (IMO unavoidable in nanos)

May want to avoid those fishes with heavy bioload (tangs, big wrasse, triggers......)

My tank after a major overhaul. Sold off my flameangel and passed some liverocks to a friend to make more space. Been seaching lfs for more corals and here they are. My favourite piece after searching it for so darn long. As usual, bought off from a display thank. :D

Nice tank.

Advantages of small tank is that it is easy to maintain with regular water changes. If you are low on bioload and not simply dosing of additives (which can drastically change the water parameters as it is a small tank, I am sure you are aware of this), regular water changes with good lighting is good enough.
